Refund Policy

Our Approach to Refunds

Every Meridian Auto Advisory engagement is billed as a flat fee paid before work begins — and the fee stays fully refundable until the defined cutoff described below. If you have purchased an optional add-on (such as Transport Coordination), each fee is governed independently by its own refund terms — one component crossing its trigger has no effect on whether another remains refundable.

Meridian Complete — $1,000

The entire Meridian Complete fee is earned only if your transaction closes. It becomes ours when you take delivery under an executed purchase or lease agreement for a vehicle the engagement covered — a category that extends to any replacement vehicle you have agreed to accept.

Before delivery occurs, the full fee remains refundable, and the engagement can be ended by written notice from either side with the fee returned in full. That protection applies without limitation, and specifically includes situations where:

• No vehicle matching your stated requirements can be located
• The transaction terms we secure are not acceptable to you
• The vehicle drops out of the deal before closing and you decline a comparable replacement
• You simply choose to stop the engagement before taking delivery, whatever the reason

If Your Vehicle Becomes Unavailable

Sometimes the vehicle at the center of an active Meridian Complete engagement stops being available — another buyer signs first, the dealer pulls the listing, or the car is damaged before closing. When that happens we notify you promptly, and the decision is yours to make between two paths:

• Continue the engagement on its existing terms with a replacement vehicle matching the original's year, make, model, and general trim level, or
• End the engagement

You are never obligated to accept a replacement. Ending the engagement returns the entire service fee under the delivery-contingent terms above. Should five business days pass after our notice without a decision from you, the engagement ends automatically and the refund is issued.
