Meridian Complete
One engagement that runs from your first inquiry to a signed contract. We manage the price negotiation, confirm your financing matches what the lender actually approved, and go through the paperwork line by line — so no stage of the deal costs you more than it should.
What you're actually buying.
Meridian Complete is the broadest engagement we offer, and it spans the entire transaction. We shop your target vehicle across several dealers at once and negotiate the price remotely, we check the interest rate on your contract against the lender's genuine approval, and we go through the full agreement before your signature lands on it. You never walk into the finance office guessing what the products on the menu actually cost. It's an especially good fit if you're shopping used and want to sidestep the common pitfalls.
Why buyers need it.
The typical negotiation service ends once the selling price is set. The client then walks into the finance office alone — and that is exactly where dealers routinely win back everything they conceded on price. Meridian Complete removes that handoff. We treat the deal as open until the final contract is signed, and we stay on it until that moment.
From start to finish.
You fill out our intake form — vehicle, budget, trade-in, and where you stand on financing. A short call follows so we can confirm the details and formally open the engagement.
We work dealers by phone, email, and their online portals, locate the stores that actually have your vehicle in stock, and negotiate with several of them at once so each one knows it's competing for the sale.
We bring you the strongest structure we've obtained — selling price, financing terms, and every dealer fee — and walk through what each number means. Whether to move forward is entirely your call.
Before your finance office appointment, we prep you on every product that will appear on the menu. Once the papers are signed, we go back through the contract to confirm nothing was slipped in that you didn't agree to.
We set a firm appointment with the dealer's management team. With the negotiating done and the contract already vetted, the usual hours of showroom back-and-forth disappear — you look over the car, sign the paperwork you've already approved, and go home. Prefer not to drive in at all? Optional transport coordination can manage delivery straight to your door.
Every deliverable, one fee.
Before you commit.
We do — new vehicles at franchise stores and used inventory at franchise or independent dealers alike. On new cars we work from invoice pricing, holdback, and current manufacturer incentives. On used cars we lean on market comparables, how long the unit has sat on the lot, and what the dealer likely paid to acquire it.
Most clients go from intake call to a closed deal in three to seven days, driven mostly by inventory and how quickly you decide. If your exact vehicle is already sitting on a nearby lot and you're ready to commit, it can move much faster.
Not for the negotiation — that entire phase runs over phone, email, and dealer portals. Test driving the car locally before you commit is sensible and entirely up to you. Signing the final paperwork usually means one in-person visit or a remote notary. If you'd rather have the car brought to you, our optional transport add-on covers carrier selection, insurance verification, and delivery to your driveway.
