Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026 · Meridian Auto Advisory LLC

Client Obligations

Clients agree to supply accurate, complete information at intake and for the duration of the engagement. Submitting false or misleading information — including false credit information or misrepresenting how the vehicle will be used — may void the engagement without refund.

Clients further agree not to contact any dealer with whom Meridian Auto Advisory LLC is actively negotiating on their behalf without first giving us written notice; doing so can undermine the negotiating position and may result in forfeiture of the service fee.

Engagement and Payment

An advisory engagement is confirmed when the applicable service fee is received. Fees must be paid before any dealer negotiation or advisory work begins, are stated in U.S. dollars, and may be paid by ACH transfer, credit card, check, or Zelle.

Once dealer outreach has started, fees are non-refundable except as a signed Client Service Agreement provides. If outreach has begun but no deal is completed, we may — at our discretion, and as spelled out in the applicable Client Service Agreement — credit part or all of the fee toward a later engagement.

Governing Law

The laws of the State of Delaware govern these Terms of Service. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or to an advisory engagement is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kent County, Delaware.

Limitation of Liability

For any claim arising from an advisory engagement, Meridian Auto Advisory LLC's total liability to the client is capped at the fee paid for that engagement. Meridian Auto Advisory LLC is not liable for consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages of any kind. This limitation applies to the fullest extent the law allows.

No Guarantee of Outcome

Meridian Auto Advisory LLC makes no guarantee of any particular savings amount, deal structure, vehicle availability, or transaction outcome. Every vehicle transaction is shaped by market conditions, dealer inventory, and the buyer's individual credit profile. Savings achieved for past clients are illustrative only and do not predict what your result will be.

Savings figures cited in testimonials and marketing materials are the actual outcomes those particular clients reported; they are not claims of typical results.

Scope of Advisory Services

Our advisory work is limited to what the applicable Client Service Agreement specifies. We do not give legal, tax, or insurance advice. Anything our advisors say about F&I products, financing terms, or vehicle valuations is informational only and should not be read as legal or financial counsel.

Decisions about which vehicle to select, which financing terms to accept, and which F&I products to elect belong to the client, and we bear no responsibility for them. We inform, advise, and negotiate on your behalf — the final call is always the client's.

Service Description

Meridian Auto Advisory LLC provides automotive negotiation advisory and finance office consultation services. We are not a licensed automotive dealer, a lending institution, or a registered financial advisor. What we offer is advisory consultation and nothing more, and no outcome or specific savings amount is guaranteed.
